In addition to the famous BH sign on Rodeo Drive (1st pic below), the city has many other smaller signs that would be easier to shoot for free.

Mulholland Drive has a number of scenic outlooks with amazing views of the city. It is easy to jump out and take photos at multiple places along the drive.
One of the stops along Mulholland Drive is the famous hiking spot Runyon Canyon

We could choose the palm trees to use based on the other locations we end up going with.
ROOFTOP
I have private access to a rooftop in Silver Lake with pretty amazing views of the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory and mountains.
If we need an affordable rooftop to capture views in the background the team would be welcome to shoot here.
